Refunds / Exchange Policies

  • Due to the time-consuming, handcrafted nature of our items, we can only provide refunds or exchanges for cupcake/cake orders in limited circumstances. It is our aim and priority to ensure product quality to our delighted consumers. In the event of our error, we will always try our best to keep our customers satisfied.
  • The refund policies are applied to only those orders for which a payment has been made to the Sweet Celebrationz. In order to ensure provision of in-time delivery and quality of Cupcakes and other items, we accept only those orders that are possible to process according to the requirements of the customers and in the time allowed keeping our production capacity, as each order is hand crafted.
  • If a customer cancels an order, at least 2 days (48 hours) before the actual delivery of the order, 90% of the payment money is returned to the customer; refunds will be made back to the Credit / Debit Card used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • If a customer cancels an order, within 24 hours of the actual delivery of the order, no part of the payment money is refunded. This is due the fact, we initiate pre-preparations 24 hours in advance.
  • If a driver delivered your order and you discovered some fractures or changes in the design you requested for after receiving and inspecting it, please take a picture of the product and notify the driver as well as call us on our official number (+971502221880) at the same time so we can discuss the issue further.
  • Once the product is delivered to the customer and accepted, we don’t accept returns, however, if there are any baking or manufacturing issues, we can refund either full or in part, depending on the matter brought to the notice of the business within 6 hours of delivery of the product to the recipient.
  • Our return policy is very strict, as we prepare Cupcakes on special orders and once those are delivered, we are not sure about the condition the items are kept, which can impact taste and freshness of the product.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
