Delivery Policies

  • The items you order can only be delivered to the delivery address you specified to us at check-out, or picked up from one of our store as requested, within a time frame that we will advise you of in the Order Confirmation.
  • Once the delivery address is recieved it will be evaluated by our delivery partners. In case the given address comes under a remote area or away from a main city, additional charges may apply. 
    The customer will be notified before the delivery date and a payment link will be shared for the extra payment. 
  • In situations of unforeseen circumstances; eg. Rains, adverse weather conditions, accidents etc and issues beyond our control, the delivery timing will have to be amended and the customer will be updated accordingly with our sincere apologies.
  • The timings are tentative and we try our best to achieve them. 
  • If you are unable to pick your order from our shop within the given day/time slot, we will hold your ordered items for collection by you for 24 hours, or upon payment of the delivery charge by credit card, we may be able to arrange delivery to you within our delivery time slot and delivery zone within the next 24 hours (subject to delivery availability).

Method used for delivery

  • We use third party services for delivery of orders. To keep the cupcakes in best condition, temperature-controlled delivery vehicles are used.

 

Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to all parts of Emirates of UAE; Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm al Quwain.

Delivery Fees

  • Our standard delivery fees are: AED 40.00 to all Dubai areas and AED 75.00 to all other Emirates.
  • The delivery fees are calculated at checkout point of your order placement.
  • Note that: Delivery fees and timings are subject to change especially during public holidays and other national celebration days.

 

Delivery Timings

NOTE: Orders to be delivered to Dubai areas should be placed before 06:00 pm for same-day delivery
- Orders to be delivered to other Emirates should be placed before 12:00 noon for same-day delivery or orders will be delivered the next day

The standard delivery timings are:

  • For deliveries to Dubai

Deliveries are made on following time slots: 10:30AM-3:00PM | 3:00PM -9:00PM

  • For deliveries to Ajman and Sharjah

Deliveries are made on following time slots: 11:00AM-7:00PM

  • For deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm al Quwain

Delivery time: 5:00PM – 10:00PM.

SELF PICKUP 

  • Self pickup can also be an option if you would like to collect your order. Our location and detailed address is;

  • Please note that keep your car at cool air-conditioned temperature between 18-20 degrees.
  • Do not switch off at any time during transport.
  • Do not travel more than 1 hour within the city.
  • Do not keep in direct sunlight.
  • We do not recommend across city travel in air-conditioned cars due to long distance, but clients have successfully travelled as well.

NOTE: Once the order is handed over in good condition, sweet celebrationz does not hold any liability for any damages caused to the product. Please inspect the order carefully at handover.
